The 2021 Golden Gloves sees the return of the countries largest qualifying boxing tournament. The tournament was cancelled midway through 2020 due to the Covid 19 pandemic shutdown. Many fighters were positioned very well to make their mark as Golden Glove State Champions. One such fighter was Casey "The Rifleman" Casias. Casey played soccer in his youth beginning at age 8. Casey received many accolades while playing soccer. He was team captain at division 1 San Diego State his final two seasons there. Casey's father was a professional kickboxer and he always admired the discipline that the sport required to be competitive. He is now not just a member of the Denver Rocks boxing team, but once again the team Captain.
